I completely agree with the problem Richard Bennett faced. The terms and conditions mentioned in the contracts makes it suspicious.
According to contract,
• Advertisement Inventory have to be sold at extremely discounted price (approximately 70% discount) to NorthPark media
• Failure to run 90% advertisement will penalize centurion Media and they have to pay 5 times of the price of advertisements.
• Contact was non-cancellable and auto renewable.
• This contract supersedes all the existing
