First, Rigoberta Menchu is a good example of global leader because she took action by helping indigenous people.Also, Menchu was always making sure that “she act, personally or collaboratively, in creative and ethical ways to contribute to improvement, and assess impact of actions taken”. Next, she gave to the Natives rights where they could have a better life without oppression.
