Andrews, Scotland. When he was a kid he went to school but never got a degree. When he was an adult he tought at the University of Pennsylvania, and then he petitioned for for a degree there and got an Honorary Masters degree. A few years after, he opened a reading practice, He made a good amount of money from this, and he then bought a farm. The farm was very small, but he didn't have too much time for it anyway, Then he got married and had six children. Since he was the best lawyer in the area he came to the Constitutional Convention also. After that he was getting pretty old and he settled down for a little while. Then he became the judge in the Supreme Court. Saldy he only did nine rulings, because a little later that year he died. Before he died the last few years if his life were pretty hard, he went to prison 2 times, even thought he wasn't there very long each time he had to go because he couldn't pay the money he owed for the land he bought. When he was still a baby his family moved to New Castle County, Delaware. When he was in school he studied law, then he opened a practice. Then he went to the Annopolis Convention, because he became his states represenative. Not many state represenatives went there, so it was said that it would be in Read's town next year. Then it was renamed the Constitutional Convention. He then became one of delewares two US senators, he served 4 years. Then he resigned and became the Chief Justice in Deleware's Supreme court, he served there until he died. Read died at New Castle on September 21, 1798, he was said to be very good looking with his big brown eyebrows. Many said that he was so good at being Cheif, but one of his friends said that he was very hard to be patient with, that he was too quiet, and he was annoying. But overall people have agreed that George read was very good at what he did.
These are the Four men that I chose to write about, They were all great men and they all did different amazing things in their lives. But they all have one thing in common, and that is that they helped shape America into what it is today, and because of that they all had the privilege to sign the Decloration Of independance, and a couple of them got to sign even more Important documents then that, but these men were all equally
