Although it can be a struggle for some people to take the opportunities, the community surrounding them is full of people who are compassionate about helping them grab onto the opportunities and succeed or feel safe. For example, a person in a community might feel that they are at risk of being harmed or judged for their race, religion, and even economic standing. Our goal as a community should be having compassion and not give up on those who feel that way. To help them, we can even recommend what they can do to help themselves or tell them where to go so they are able to feel safe and accepted. One more example is that when someone is homeless or just don't have the money to support themselves or their families, they begin to loose hope in ever feeling socially just. Sure, there are shelters and soup kitchen, but does that really provide permanent satisfaction or safety? Shelters and soup kitchen are helpful, but what really helps those in need, are the selfless people in their community that choose to continuously encourage and insure them that they too have opportunities that can change their lives. A person that takes the social justice opportunities is guaranteed more happiness than someone who does not believe that the have those opportunities. That is why we need to help those in need: so they can have the chance to be happy, feel safe, and also feel socially
