A. Roshima wants to go back to school to obtain her MBA. She has to make a decision on which school to attend. Arizona State University or University of Phoenix is the colleges of choice. A. Roshima should pick ASU if she wants to keep her full-time job and study for her MBA online. The data shows that ASU outperforms UOP on the weighted part-worth sums by ten points 380 to 370. Ranking of ASU outperforms UOP is another excellent reason to pick ASU. According to Lancaster, “The attribute theory of demand argues that consumers buy products because of the product attributes, that is, the benefits consumers perceive to be delivered by those products” (Douglas, 2012, p.57). Consumers view products in terms of the attributes provided by products and in the case of Roshima wanting to work full time and attend school ASU outperforms UOP.
B. UOP would be the best school to choose if she quits her job. Money would be an issue so staying closer to home would be
