She didn’t like her because she believed that she didn’t belong in this school, because she was black. She didn’t allow her to eat with any kids her age, she ate all by herself of sometimes with Mrs. Henry. The principal also sat in a class room all by herself with her teacher because she said she can’t interact with other kids. The principal also told Ruby’s teacher that she has to lower her test scores because it is not fair to the other kids, it wasn’t fair because ruby got more on eon one time. Then Mrs. Henry said then let her try to interact with white girls and boys he age, that it happened slowly and she started talking to them and started making friends. The Person I think helped Ruby out the most was Dr. Cole, he was a therapist he would talk to Ruby every day after school to see how her day went, and see if she need help with anything or ask what’s all going on, ask how he can help her. The first day they went she was drawing white people with head and arms and black people with heads and no arms or legs. She did that because back then blacks weren’t equal to white. The two of them always had fun together everyday do different activities with each other, some days she would draw how her day went or they would talk about if she liked doing to this school. So the things I learned about Ruby Bridges is that she is hard working and willing to take risks. After a while her mom and dad liked her going to his school because she started having more fun, meeting new people talking to more
