Achaab Advertising

Achaab Advertising is going to be an agency which delivers Integrated Marketing Communication Solutions (IMCs) to a market hungry for such services and which is in short supply. Although there are a lot of agencies who give that service in the big cities (metros and tier 1 cities) of India the booming tier 2 cities do not have such agencies. So there is an opportunity to start an Integrated Marketing Communication Solutions providing agency in those cities.

As the big corporate conglomerates are concentrated in the big cities, the SMEs/SMBs are cropping up dozen-a-minute in the tier 2 cities across India. Our services will be targeted at them, who cannot afford the big agencies, but need Integrated Marketing Communications for their growth.

We are planning to start-up in the most opportune city of Pune where lots of SMB/SMEs are being established. But the agencies in the city do not have the expertise to deliver IMC services. The venture will be commenced in a business center and function there for 3 years with a growth from 0 to 60,000,000 Rupees at the end of the 3rd year. The plan is to expand from there to other tier 2 cities like Chandigarh, Vizag, Kochi, Baroda, Lucknow, Bhopal, and Ahmedabad.

We would seek Venture Capital funding for the expansion plans.

Five Guys Burgers philosophy which set them apart were based on the following (microeconomics, economics, and macroeconomics). Jerry Murrell understood he would have to give consumers a product which would be consistent each time a customer visited his stores. According to Kurtz, D., & Boone, G. (2012) Author of Contemporary Business Strayer University “ Murrell realized that in order to compete with the fast-food chains, Five Guys would have to concentrate on food. The meat for the burgers – 80 percent lean – is always fresh, never frozen. Burgers are made to order, with a selection of 15 free toppings including frilled mushrooms, barbecue and hot sauce, jalapenos. The Buns are toasted on a grill and the fries are thick- cut from Idaho potatoes, cooked in peanut oil. Since top quality ingredients are insisted prices may vary however customer will still expect the prices to stay in the $4.69 to $5.99 for regular burgers and little burgers are $3.49 to $5.49.…

In the face of death, science and rationale, is it unethical to safely assist those who are suffering and have the desire to die with dignity and purpose? Physician-Assisted Suicide has and will continue to be a very controversial topic of discussion when talking about the health and dignity of the terminally ill. Although none of us ever want to think of our loved ones becoming ill, rates of devastating diseases such as cancer are rapidly increasing around us. This makes the probability of one of our loved ones being affected much higher. With only five states in the US allowing legal Physician-Assisted Suicide, leaving the majority of patients unequipped with all of the options for end-of-life care plans. Despite strong push-back from some concerned about…

There are several reasons why Euthanasia is wrong. I’m just going to name a few. First is because it doesn’t just effect the person choosing it, it also effects the family of the person choosing assisted suicide . Also another reason that euthanasia is wrong is because if you do choose assisted suicide you never know what’s going to happen after that moment. For all that you know it could get a whole lot better than what you are at that moment. The last but definitely not least is that Euthanasia denies the patients the final stage of growth.…

That China and India are fueling the global economy with its more than 3 billion consumer market and thriving national economies is well acknowledged. Equally well acknowledged is the quest of many global companies to gain a substantial market presence in these economies in order to grow and be competitive in the new business landscape, as can be evidenced by the ever growing foreign direct investment into both these countries and the number of global companies entering these markets.…
