My philosophy is formulated around four basic principles but they encompass so much; responsibility, integrity, mission (get it done) and resilience. Responsibility seems like a straight forward concept but when it references specifically to Soldiers, it can mean much more than a basic understanding. Soldiers have a responsibility to follow the Army values, be proficient in their MOS, to be respectful and prepared in every way. When I say prepared in every way, I mean prepared to serve, prepared physically, mentally and to ensure your Soldiers are prepared as well.
