By the year 2025, the Philippines is believed to be brought to a water crisis if no new sources of water are developed or found to meet the growing demand of the citizens. (Sapnu, R., Balabo, D., & Cervantes, D., 2007) "There is a Japan International Cooperation Agency study that says that if we will not conserve water, there may be some problems. Scope and Limitations of the Study
The study is bound to report the Sanitary Reformation of the Sewage Treatment of Starmall Alabang. The following questions are guide in providing a solution to the impending hazards of the Mall’s Waste Water System:
(1) What sanitary precautions were taken in the process of Waste Water Treatment by the Mall’s Sanitary Authority?
(2) How reliable is the Waste Water Treatment of the Mall?
(3) In what manner is the rehabilitation of the Mall’s Sanitary System beneficial? What are the corresponding opposing effects?
(4) How frequent do the Mall’s Maintenance Team check the technologies used for Waste Water Treatments?

As expressed on the preliminary papers, it is the utmost objective of the group to analyze and deliberate solutions to the found problems. Based on the visits concluded throughout the subject matter, informal interviews on the random shoppers encountered by the group, and interviews by prospective sanitary engineers, the following conclusions are drawn:
• Pool utilizes almost 35% of the mall’s overall water consumption, thus needing extra attention since it is located near children’s play area.
• The Mall’s overall waste-water treatments exceed its machine’s capacity. The current maintenance schedule is a little bit slower than needed in order for the machine to cope with the work of mall’s overall waste-water treatment.
• Slow pipe maintenance causes unnecessary odor that affects shopper’s moods. It is a usual practice that people incorporate what they see, smell and sense with their perception about the mall.
• The Mall’s practice of using a machine for separation of solid materials from the effluents and another for additional purification is effective. No septic infection has been
