THE PROBLEM AND ITS SCOPE
INTRODUCTION
Rationale
Computer is general purpose device which can be programmed to carry out a finite set arithmetic or local operation. Computer has a big rule in our nation today because of our technology. Wherever you go computer still exist, especially in business it makes the procedure easy and secure by programming the manual system into a computerizing system. The role of technology in our life today has a big impact.
Technology is the marking, modification, usage, and knowledge of tools, machine techniques, crafts system method of organization in order to solve a problem, achieve a goal or perform a specific function. It can also refer to the collection of such tools, machinery, modifications arrangements and procedures. Technologies significantly affect human as well as other animal species ability to control and adapt to their natural environment.
In terms of Sales and Order system, every day you are retrieving the records reconcile your daily sale, while when you use the computerized system you can save more time because it is automatically count the daily sales. Additional benefit using a computerized order system is the accuracy it ensures. If one mathematical calculation is wrong or one typo is made, disaster may occur.
Aqua Bankal is still using its manual system on their transactions that cannot provide the securing and recording of daily transactions, the ability to provide an organized sales reports and the ability to keep track of the orders these problems manual system is very difficult to address.
This study aims to implement a system that can solve the problems encountered by Aqua Bankal.

Theoretical Background
A sales and order system allows a business owner to have more than one business location and adequately keep track of inventory at each without being present. No more worries about employee theft or pricing inconsistency between one location and another. The boss can be away and not
