In table 2,the experiment was carried out using solution B and the salivary amylase were also involved by boiling solution B with hydrochloric acid, the solution was hydrolysed into its monosaccharides, this occurs as the bonds between molecules in solution B was broken down in the presence of H+ ions.In theoretical knowledge, from tube 1 to tube 1’ should from clear blue colouration turns to pale green and finally to green colour after 5th minutes of incubation. In addition, tube 1 after 35 minutes of incubation it will form a moderate amount of brick red precipitate suspended in solution ,which bore a tinge of green.Besides that, tube 3’ should have moderate amount of white coloured suspension formed after 5 minutes of incubation. After 35 minutes of incubation, tube 3 will formed an abundant of tinge white suspension. The results in table 2 does not follow the principles we learnt because some mistakes and errors were made during the experiment. The mistakes is that we use different volume of Benedict’s solution during the experiment. We also have exceed the time that was stated for the incubation of tubes. The experiment can be improved by using the exact amount of Benedict’s solution and also set the time for the incubation of tubes to prevent
