Summary:
Samantha Parks is the owner and CEO of a small New York based agency which develops promotion and advertisings for high fashion firms. Parks has exercised lot of control in checking the projects from start to finish. But later the firm has grown and is recently been approached by a hairstyling chain to redefine its marketing and promotional look. She is in a dilemma, to delegate the responsibility or keep things under her control. She is scared that if she controls she might kill the creativity if she interfered a lot. There are two ideas given by experts: one is in favor of delegation of authority and the other is contrary to it.

A management skill that logical rules and techniques will help to delegate well which will help manager when employees are being delegated to a task or new responsibility.
