ABSTRACT
. In this assignment SANASA Development Bank has chosen as the organization and has done a cultural analysis of SDB Bank. The major purpose of this research is to analyze the culture of the organization SDB by creating a new model on organizational culture for SDB. Used for this examine used interviews, explanation and resultant readings as facts congregation methods. Here should be a technique to obtain that kind of ideas to the organization of company. All the decisions are charming according to the organizational structure.

0.1 Introduction According to SDB (2011) SANASA Development Bank has been ranked "NO 02" in 2009 Mix Global 100 composite ranking of Microfinance Institutions by the Microfinance Information Exchange (Mix) SANASA Development Bank is a unique bank committed to uplifting the standards of living for low income Sri Lankan families with its range of micro finance activities. The ownership of the bank is confined to the SANASA Movement. The clientele of the bank, among others, consists of farmers, fisherman, vendors and laborers and small business owners, making us truly a people 's development bank. SANASA’s visionary leader, Dr. P.A. Kiriwandeniya is a man whose commitment is legendary within the country. Few leaders in the history of successful social movements possess such diverse skills and abilities as Dr. Kiriwandeniya. He has shown a capacity to find a practical but honorable method to accomplish what needs to be done.
