When a hard topic as the unfortunate treatment of a whole specie comes to the attention of key opinion leaders, it acquires an special relevance around the world. For example, in the article: “PETA files new animal abuse charges against Seaworld” by Bob Ponting from Fox 5, we can find the following: “the organization asked the department to look into the issue of orca whales getting sunburned while in SeaWorld's care.”. Since 1991 there has been registered more than 70 cases of orca whales in the state of captivity attacking their trainers, unlike in the wild 0 cases of aggressive orca’s towards humans. This is an extremely scary statistic considering that fifty percent of these cases were caused by the presence of an audience, and most of them leaded to death. Accidents may happen once in awhile, but Seaworld was aware of the harm orca whales may cause in captivity. As soon as they purchased Tilikum, a whale who caused the closure of Sealand in Canada, when it killed his trainer, Keltie Byrne. As soon as Seaworld presented Tilikum in their shows without considering his aggressive background and forgetting their direct responsibility in front of the consequences and risks that this may bring to the trainers who interact with him. Don’t you think we had enough deaths
