As I was conducting my secondary research, I found that key important factors as to what makes a great movie theater start with, showing great movies. Without feature movies being shown, no consumers would go to the specific movie theater at all, it is the first step to drawing people in. The next factor in creating a high traffic theater is by offering good prices, or deals/ promotions. (Moore, 2013) When a movie theater is a few dollars more then the next, it tends to draw people away from going there because they know that the few dollars add up.
A theater such as Colossus is reasonably priced, offers cheap Tuesdays, as well as membership cards where discounts are given for the frequent movie-theater goers. Size of the movie theater also plays a roll in attracting more customers. Colossus is a giant theater, so it can support the high traffic volume without keeping people waiting too long. (Moore, 2013) Some theaters are to small and can not handle the demand, thus forcing people to go somewhere else because they do not want to wait in line. This also has to do with customer service. The movie theater process is supposed to be simple. The customer walks in, buys a ticket, receives food, watches the movie, and then leaves. When customer service
