The only ones that I have used were mnemonics and studying last minute. The latter of the two didn’t work best for me, but it worked nonetheless. I organized everything based on value. For example, if I had to choose between two assignments that were due the next day, I would choose the one that was worth the most points, rather than one that was easier and worth less points. This strategy helped me out the best in times of need.
My goals of improvement include to keep everything caught up and not do everything last minute. This is a big problem of mine that affects me in every class. Procrastination as well is another problem I need to improve on. Timing and effort are the areas I would have to work on. The biggest area I would have to work on the most I would say is my easily recognizable, yet just as dreaded, handwriting.
There’s nothing that the teacher can help me with to become more successful. All of my failures are caused by internal problems, things only I can improve on. The only thing that I have to say is something that I think applies to most students. Most students aren’t artists, so when a project involves drawing, go easy on the kids who can’t draw. However, I understand that there this is a clear difference between lack of artistic ability, and lack of effort. Both of which I suffer
