The human side of management is setting an example of using leadership roles for the organization, and guiding employees to set common goals. Management also is known for making the work environment suitable for their employees so they are happier and more efficient when they are working on projects, or deadlines. It is an important role of management to finding those who are qualified, and trained for the establishment while helping employees to improve during their time of employment. Managers and leaders can both be responsible of finding the right individual who could take on the position because the right candidate with the right skills can become a useful benefit to the organization. Many leaders and managers have to make sure every individual at the organization is receiving support in areas that can improve their skills to make the company more effective in a positive way. Training is an important aspect of the organization because it improves the knowledge of future employees to taking further roles or receiving promotions when it goes notice by any higher authority. Without training, some employees might not feel comfortable to take on further task and challenges because their lacking of knowledge. Managers also need not only be highly proficient, but also require the ability to interact, deal and cooperate with people. In the modern age, managers have achieved recognition as highly significant figures in the society, which directly leads to a weight of expectation being placed on their shoulders. Managers are looked upon as sources of inspiration, guidance and reliability. This load of expectation is in addition to the traditional management responsibilities that managers are bound to handle. All in all, good managers should strive to be good leaders and good leaders, need management skills to be effective. Leaders will have ideas of what can be achieved and then communicate this to others and develop strategies to
