Short Story: Bobby Bottle

Reflection

Bobby Bottle was hopping to school through the meadow, he saw Mia Mirror standing outside. When he walked up to her, she noticed his cap was on tighter than usual. Then he spoke, “Mia why are you so stupid, couldn’t you just be more smart!”
Mia looked at him, her eyes grew glassier than normal. “Oh.” was all she said and walked away. Mia went into class.
“Good morning Mia.” said Mrs.Olivia Owl. Mia didn’t respond and sulked past her.
“Guess what!” said Freya Fish, walking up to Mia.
“Quit it Freya, you’re just weird. Go away.” said Mia with a pointed stare.
Freya turned away quickly and walked away. Mia rolled her eyes and left. Just then Bobby walked in and went over to Freya his best friend.
“Go away.” she said when he opened
So the next apology needs to come from Mia.”
Mia began to speak, “Freya, Kindle, I’m so so sorry. I should have never spoken the way I did to you, it was awful. Will you ever forgive me?”
Frya and Kindle looked at each other and in unison said, “Of course we forgive you,”
Almost all the shards are together, but a few still remain, and everyone looks at Mike, but he does not speak. Kindle turns away just in time to see Bobby adjust his cap. Like a wall,l it hits her. She jumps on top of Bobby and takes his cap off.
“Bobby spill, what's the matter.”
“Oh fine there’s some drama going on at home and my parents might split up! So I was glad to come to school and get away, but when I saw Mia just standing there without anything going on at her house it just made me angry. So I was mean to her because I wanted her to feel as bad as me! I’m really sorry I didn’t mean what I said it just came out and I couldn’t hold it back because of my anger.”
Looking towards Mia they were all relieved to see that she was whole once again.
“Oh Bobby! If you had just told me instead of being mean none of this would have happened! I forgive you.”
“Gee thanks Mia.”
And they all lived happily ever
