Flavored Milk

In Flavored milk may have extra sugar in it but dietitians prove that kids that do drink flavored milk are not heavier than non milk drinkers. Flavored milk should be in school because the reasons are nutrient needs that kids need, the benefits of flavored milk, and the consequences of flavored milk.
Flavored milk should be allowed in school because kids meet more of their nutrient needs, do not consume more added sugar, fat and calories and are not heavier than non-milk drinkers. Flavored milk also has the same 9 nutrition needs that kids or students need in white milk compared to other drinks. In other popular drinks like sport drink it has 14g of added sugar also as 3 ½ teaspoons of added sugar per serving and if you drink

Also helps with a proper flow of blood in the body and proper functioning in the heart. It also helps the body and recovering from hard and intense workouts. Flavored milk has antioxidant that prevent clotting of blood caused to injuries and helps recover and avoid infections and helps lift the brain and helps from stress and tension. It has a great source of protein and is a great refreshment when you are done working out it is also healthy for kids when they come back from playing.
The consequences for flavored milk when they take away from school is that 8% of fewer kids drink milk at all and kids that drink white milk end up wasting 29% of the milk and that 7% of kids eat lunch in the cafeteria. And many kids when they end up wasting all the milk they won’t get their nutrient needs and most kids that drink white milk will end up wasting it to.
Schools should sell flavored milk for their nutrient needs that kids need, and kids will enjoy it because it is proven that many kids won’t want to drink milk if it isn't favored. Even if it takes a few more grams of sugar it is still healthy and enjoyable for
