Should Students use Tablets or textbooks in school? I believe that students should still be allowed to use textbooks in school. Not only is it the only way of learning but it is the best way of learning. Many may argue and say that tablets should be used in our children’s schools, but it does indeed have its cons as well. Humans who are exposed to any kind of light at a certain time can cause Computer Vision Syndrome. Some side effects of this syndrome are blurred vision, headaches, doubled vision and even neck or back pain. Not only does this affect adults but children as well. According to WebMD What is Computer Vision Syndrome, “Working adults aren't the only ones affected. Kids who stare at tablets or use computers during the day at school can have issues, too, especially if the lighting and their posture are less than ideal.” Other sites are saying the same thing about the health of the students.
