Should teenagers below eighteen years old travel to foreign countries on their own?

Being able to travel is a privilege. Nowadays it is getting more and more expensive and people is earning less and less money. But for those who can afford it, is one of the most amazing and exciting situations someone can experience. Besides that, many parents believe that children under eighteen years old shouldn't travel on their own because of the risk that traveling alone carried. In my opinion, teenagers should have the opportunity in a lifetime to discover and explore new boundaries. One of the reasons I had based on for providing children under eighteen years old to travel to foreign countries on their own is that they can learn to take care of themselves and be responsible. Teenagers are similar to birds; the more freedom they get, the better behavior they will have. In fact, it have been proven that teenagers are more mature because of the improvement of manners than they used to do decades ago.

Another reason for supporting teenagers under eighteen years old to travel to foreign countries on their own is that it Is a completely new experience in their lives. Due to the fact that we are not involved when making all the important decisions, by traveling alone we are force to do it and we learn from it at the same time. Also, it should help us to have our own perspective of the world so that we could have unique stories to talk about.

To summarize, I deeply support teenager under eighteen years old who want to experience foreign travel on their owns, I believe it is a brave action that should be considered by parents when making the final decision. Remember that it is a opportunity of a lifetime for teenagers to learn how to take care of themselves, to improve their decision making and to have a whole new and unforgettable experience for the rest of their lives.

The role that I think parents should play in helping their children explore around the world is being very encouraging. A child is not going to learn if they don’t go off by themselves. They should encourage the child to pursue their dreams. A parent is there to teach the child to be independent. For example if you don’t teach your child your child will never learn so if you teach your kids to follow their dreams and what they believe in they will succeed in my opinion…

Imagine getting away from the monotony of your everyday life. You can lie on the beach sipping a cool drink miles away from your worries of getting a paper done or helping a customer at work. You can be on top of a mountain overlooking beautiful lands that are different from your own backyard. Half of the class has taken a vacation less than five times in their lifetimes, but let’s face that most of those probably included those little family vacations to Disneyland. But, all of you said that you planned to travel someday. So, why not do it sooner than later? One of the reasons for not traveling that many of you put is not having time because of school or work. Also, one of your major concerns is budgeting. Between budgets and busy schedules, it is not always easy to set aside time and plan a getaway.…

In contradicting to what i said some teenagers are very responsible and mature they know how to drive responsibly without letting peer pressure get to them. Some teenagers need to get their license around the age of 16 due to having single parents that are not able to pick them up or drop them off from school or sport training programs such as, soccer, and tennis .Travelling maybe difficult for some teens this maybe because of the location of their school or work places may cause them to be late for travelling distance may be too far for them to reach this may also add alot of pressure on the child.…

It is a very common thing nowadays for people young, old, a long time resident of the United States, or a recent immigrant to want to travel abroad. Schools encourage their students to study abroad everyday and most take the opportunity while they can. There is even a chance for jewish people at the age of 18 to travel to Israel for free by Ancestry. Though these statistics are considerably good for the younger culture today to venture out and learn more, there should be restrictions on where US citizens go. There are countries in war, infamous for terrorists, or any threat to foreigners and we seem the most vulnerable in some situations.…

Conclusion Introduction Do you believe that teenagers are responsible enough to make their own decisions? This argument topic is very common within the age group of 15-18 year olds. There has been research stating that giving a little freedom to a teen to make a decision is a great way of learning responsibility. It’s a great controversy but I believe that parents should still guide their teen till they’re 18, but let them have some freedom. We have parents for a reason. It's their jobs to show and guide us. Without our parents , teens will enter the adult world with no experience and knowledge of the outside world. Regardless of the fact if they are 15, 16, or 17, they are still considered to be minors. The parent consent is very important in a teen’s life. A parent's advice can go a long way. A parent does whats best for their child. My Argument In my opinion I think the teens are right when it comes down to this situation. I think that its healthy that the teen has freedom in order for them to gain experience and be comfortable with making their own decisions. Let the teens experience their teenage years and gain experience. Its important that they feel the confidence to go on their own. I have concluded that my decision is that parents should let their teens start making their OWN decision once they're 18. I don't agree fully on either side. Many would differ from my opinion, but as I have said before, one should have the liberty to make a decision. However giving the right to the teen to think for them self and to try to make a decision will benefit and make them a better person. Teens need to have their own personalities. Too much control can lead to rebellion. What's going to happen the day when they step out of the shadow of their parent and do things for them self for the first and they won't know what to do.…

Sure having no grown-ups around would be the best thing ever, but teenagers need their parents. We don’t always say it, but we know in our hearts that we need our parents and rules. We need them to tell us from right to wrong, what not to do and what to do. We also need some punishment sometimes, because we, teenagers, need some order once in a while. We also need them to be there for us when we need someone to talk to. Teenagers go through a lot of drama and sometimes friends don’t really help us get through it sometimes and getting advice from our parents is the best thing because they went through it. They were teenagers too and they know what to do because they learned from their mistakes.…

However, we must also consider the disadvantages of living alone before making the decision. To start with, the young may feel very lonely and homesick. No one is beside them when they want to consult or catch an illness. Additionally, living far from home also means that the youth will be separated from their family, which can lead to lack of emotion. Independent life can be very tough for youngsters who get used to being looked after and having others solve their problems. Secondly, as they are taking over their lives, they may lose self-control and live unrestrainedly. For instance, when living alone, young…

Education believes that travelling gives students an opportunity to think and explore for them what the world is about. World now a days use travelling to promote education and there is no measurement system to gauge a person’s learning scale because each is unique in their own way. Traveling has become an inseparable part of modern living. We travel for business, for sight-seeing and for necessity. Travel makes a man perfect though we all knew nobody is perfect. Travelling refines our knowledge gained from books. Whenever we gained some information from a particular book, we often try to imagine those things that we read and then later on we would want to travel to different places to try those things and ideas that we just read from a book. Ideas strike root in the heart we do things we love and part of it is travelling. Travelling make us feel whole and new. Try to imagine a man at the top of a mountain, he realizes the littleness of his own self and he feels the pettiness of human quarrels and conflicts, and a sense of realization raises him to a higher level. Beyond this and above all is enjoyment, which is the main business of both travel and education to increase as they can. Travelling makes we realize those things that Education cannot. Believe it or not youths now days will pick travelling than Education. When as a matter of factly we can pick both.
