First of all, I believe we should use EMVs because people with disablities would have an easier time voting. They have hand held devices for people who have trouble standing. Disabled pepple are 20 percent less likely to vote, due to accessibility issues. The United States has 33.7 million people of voting age with disabilities. To increase the number of votors to bless our country with the best president in the election every four years, we need as many people voting as we can get. That 20 percent definetly means something. The United States needs every one at the age of 18, registered to vote to be able to vote even if they have disablities. We should make it easier for them.

Some people don't like writing on paper even if it's just filling in bubbles. When I'm at school i see more people using computers in class, more than book work. Sometimes we have the choice of working on our laptop and our paper worl. The laptop brings fun and happiness instead of plain paper. I guarentee more people would agree on EVMs than voting ballots.
In conlusion, I believe it's best for our city to switch to EVMs. If not switch, offer the option of having both. It is easier, quicker, no hacking, and easy for people with disablities. This would end in a result of our percentage of votors increasing. We need America to be great, We need as many people in this world as we can get to
