1. I was a coach I would be coaching youth basketball because it is an important and exciting job where you teach the players in both basketball and life. To improve individual players I would utilize form shooting to promote muscle memory and two balls dribbling in order to improve ball handling. To improve team skills I would use the drill pass and switch to improve passing speed and accuracy and jump stop drill to improve players balance, pivoting skills to create space, confidence and reduce travels. Game strategies I would implement would be scouting opponents to help formulate a game plan to learn how to beat teams, what we would need to cover in practice before playing them and possibly using man to man match-ups for better defense.
