This was another big reason why Hitler hated the Jews, because the Jews owed Germany a lot of money. “This mass murder was supposed to be payback.” The quote is pretty much stating Hitler killed over 6 million Jews since they were in debt. Hitler was furious & planned this over several years & did it while no one ever realized it. With this in mind, a human life is worth more than money. It shows how krooked Hitler was. Similar to racism relating to, “To Kill A Mockingbird” so does Financial issues. In “To Kill A Mocking Bird” it also took place the Great Depression. The Great Depression was a world wide economic depression that took place in the 1930’s. “Derivatives are financial weapons & mass destruction.” That quote is saying loss in money is like a weapon & can be mass destruction. Every once in awhile the United States stock market will crash. “A college degree is key to realizing the American dream, well worth the financial sacrifice to open the door to opportunity.” That quote is saying, it's well worth the money to spend to go to college. If you fail you’ll lose a lot of money, but if you succeed you’ll have a great opportunity. Financial issues will always occur and they always have. In the essence, those topics were not the biggest cause of the holocaust. Believe it or not religion was the main cause. Religion is the belief in worship or super human. The Jews believed in Judaism & which the Nazis didn’t. Judaism is an ancient religion in which started in the city Jerusalem. Nazi’s were Christialn & Catholic. HItler did not believe in Judaism so it made him angry. Religion is a thing that’s been around since the beginning of time. There is nothing anyone can ever do about it. Everyone believes in something. In the book “To Kill A Mockingbird” the characters were mainly catholic. The most formal or most common religion is catholic or Christianity. Hitler was Christian & so were some of the characters in “To Kill A Mockingbird.” The book doesn’t relate to much in religion but they had some of the same
