In the long run if the problems cannot be solved, it will not be conducive to development and growth for Africa and China’s investment. Second, from the Chinese side, lack of environmental assessment, assistance projects are unrealistic, the proliferation of fake and shoddy goods, economic bottlenecks rush to the rescue of legal experience. Nevertheless, the main driving force for mutual economical growth and development is both China and Africa need each other as the long-run strategic partnership.
