I am eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I eat something different usually everyday except for breakfast it is always the same thing everyday and during the day in between the main meals I usually have snacks of peanut butter sandwiches and most days I eat to much because I have a peanut butter obsession. The Exercise I get everyday except for Saturday and Sunday is wrestling practice which is physical activity for 2 hours straight from 3:15 to 5:45 or 6 I am usually running and wrestling. Race is a modern idea that was developed 500 years ago during the slave trade. Europeans believed that enslavement is terrible. Why should anyone be enslaved? They believed that Africans were not true humans and were a lesser human; therefore, Africans can be enslaved. This is how race was developed. Racism is the belief that one race is superior to other races. Racism leads to discrimination because an inferior race should not receive equal rights as the superior race; however, in today’s society, racism and discrimination has been abolished in the Civil Rights Movement in the 1960s by Martin Luther King Jr. (Nelson and Sydell). Minority groups do not have the same opportunity as the white Americans because of the discrimination that is still practiced today even though people deny or do not know it.…
