Eating healthy meals will prevent fat from building up. Also, cutting a lot of sugar and salt from your diet will help. Another prevention would be exercising. Exercising is good for the body. It allows you to burn fat and stay in shape. I personally exercise twice a week to stay in shape because I do not always eat healthy. I also drink a lot of water to stay hydrated. Since metabolic syndrome doesn't have symptoms, you need regular doctor visits to check your blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar.” These conditions can also run in your family, which gives you a chance of having them as well.
