Introduction:
Organization’s environment enriches and deprives an employee. In any organization human resource is running blood and deemed the cause of success and failure. Therefore, the most particular activity to get exceptional gains is to manage human resource. Hereinafter, in many organizations human resource management system has been implemented and works accordingly. On the other hand, conversely, there are several examples where human resource considered only a paid hand to reach to the plans and achieve the personal business success. This entrepreneurial business mindset belongs to old and typical business traditions. Nevertheless, now, this notion of doing business especially regarding human resource management has been changed. Therefore, now enlightened human resource management concepts has been in practice quite largely.
Ethnic minority’s employment experience:
It is quite common perception, that employment environment has great toughness in it. It is largely witnessed that competition and favoritism is particular part of several so-called equal employment opportunity employers. Therefore, other than gender discrimination, there are so many ethnic inequalities in several organizations. Pathetically saying, these organizations are quite racial and promote favoritism as well. Moreover, it has been observed in many cases that employers are reluctant to hire ethnic minorities, even if there are wide qualitative differences between white and ethnic candidate. At the same time, this employer behavior and a merit-less attitudes is also one of the reasons behind the unemployment of ethnic groups abroad (Arrowsmith, 2005). In fact, in ethnic minority employment, the government should develop a concrete policy to safeguard the basic human right of equality at each social as well as business ground.
