Unfortunately, developing countries have placed economic activity before environmental issues. They have reduced manufacturing costs by utilizing inefficient, low technology methods. This puts countries at a disadvantage because they are more likely to be exposed to extreme weather and they have fewer resources to adapt to this than developed countries do. Living in a modern developed country we should improve the lives of the less fortunate by providing them with resources to help prevent their homes from being damaged and also information on how to be more eco-friendly.
