SOCIAL PHOBIA.!!

Good morning everybody. I hope that all of you are doing well. So let get started. Do you have ever heard a term phobia? Phobia can be define as an extreme or irrational fear of or aversion to something. There are actually many kinds of phobia exist in this world. Start from realistic one until the weirdest and strangest phobia that we all have ever heard.
Ablutophobia – Fear of Bathing

For example, ablutophobia. Do you know what ablutophobia is all about? Abluthophobia is the fear of taking a bath and cleaning. It is weird right, could you imagine how those people with this kind of phobia live in this world. If they don’t get a proper treatment that means they need to grab some deodorant because they probably too scared to take a bath. I believe that everyone of us has one or more type of phobia. If you want to know what kind of phobia that you experience you need to understand yourself and read information regarding phobia.

Today I don’t want to talk about phobia as general but I would like to focus on social phobia. In which I have experience with this type of phobia. Hence, I think I would like to share with you what is actually social phobia all about. I believe that most of you have heard about this type of phobia right?
So, first of all, I would like to explain the definition of social phobia.
It also known as social anxiety disorder.
Social phobia is a strong fear of being judged by others and of being embarrassed.
It is normal for human beings to get nervous when meeting new people or giving a public speech. But people with social phobia tend to have an excessive nervous and they always worry a bout these and other things for weeks before they happen.
People with social phobia are afraid of doing common things in front of other people. For example, they might be afraid to sign a check in front of a cashier at the grocery store, or they might be afraid to eat or drink in front of other people, or use a public restroom. Most
