LEG:
Client discussed upcoming court appointment (scheduled for 2/3/16) and the anxiety attached to this event. Client expressed being worried about the impact of past absenteeism from PCO. Fore-mentioned topic encompassed the repercussions absences will have on his mandate being lifted. Client and counselor subsequently discussed in detail the minimal expectations of attendance while enrolled in PCO.

CHEM/DEP:
Client reported that he has abstained from all drug use and has no desire to use.

FAM:
Client explained how his recent absences from both group and individual treatment where a result of his mothers back injury and having to take over responsibility for baby sitting his niece. Client reported that his mother's health has been approving

The client expressed his disappointment in himself because he was doing well, but since his surgery, at which the client recognized as a blessing, caused his addiction to pain killers.
