Soda Vs Drinking Soda
Many people like soda but its not good to drink soda all of time.There are alot of other good tasting drinks.like tea or coffee or even diet soda.Soda isnt good for people that have sugar diabetes.Soda doesnt really wake people up either it just makes you even more thirsty durning the day and all you want is to drink soda.Instead of drinking all of that soda start drinking water.

Drinking alot of soda and not enough water.Could lead to obesity and you can get dehyodrated.People dont realize how much calories they consume in they drink.Drinking one can of soda a day is more than 1lb of weight gain every month.Americans drink about 41 gallons of soda every year.

Many people say that the government should not limit the size of sugary drinks.These people say that soda taste good and it wakes them up but.There are other good tasting drinks like coffee or tea that doesnt have sugar in it that can wake you up.Soda isnt good for people with diabetes and it could make them sick because it has alot of sugar in it or it could even make them really dehyodrated.There are plenty of other good tasting drinks to make you wake up without involving sugar or drinks with alot of sugar in it.

Soda is bad because it could lead to obesity,diabetes,and it can ruin your teeth.Drinking alot of soda can make you dehyodrated because your not drinking enough water.Soda can also eat up the enamel on your teeth and make them more sensitive and weak.Soda is not good for you at all the sugar in the soda that you are drinking is not good for you either especially when you have diabetes.Did you know diet soda isnt good for you either the only thing taht is different from regular soda to diet soda is because regular soda has actual sugar in it diet soda has artifical sweetner in it that is basically the only difference drinking diet soda can lead to having diabetes drinking only one can of diet soda a day was associated with 36% increased risk or metabolic syndrome of
