Overview
Once the project being executed, it can be quite tricky to understand the importance of certain issues. according to the execution of the similar systems in Taiwan and Korea, obtained experience and lesson learnt from these project can help find out the relative importance of problems or causes of the problems during the execution phase, and might be helpful based on the information elicited from above background. This data has been elicited from GIEC .
