We were busy meeting with people this week as well. We talked with Alex this week. He has been in his house for 2 months strait because he had surgery on the tendon on his leg. If a house has a birdcage on their porch or in their front yard there is a good chance they are some sort of latin american. Birds, turtles, and frogs = good luck in spanish cultures. We know all the signs of Spanish people. Lowered trucks with big rims, Spanish writing "bienvenidos", "Mi casa su casa", Christmas lights still up, tons of potted plant. Those are all dead give aways.
Anyhow we were walking back to our car talking to people on the way back. We heard a cat call. We stopped to look around for who dared cat call at the missionaries. We figured out it was a bird on someones portch. Figured there must be a golden investigator at this house and their bird was trying tell us to come teach them... No one was home... But their neighbors said they used to visit with the missionaries and they all of a sudden the missionaries stopped coming. We will have to see who they are this week.
We picked up a few potential investigators this week so we will see this week how things go.
Sounds like everyone is doing well. I love hearing whats going on in everyones lives I just don't have a super ton of time to write back. I love you all!
