Speech On Service Animal Rules
Hello kids, I will be talking about my opinion on the service animal rule made in 2011. I disagree with the rule. Whatever service animal makes you feel comfortable is the one you should have. You don’t want to have to be forced into getting a miniature horse you could be allergic to.
Some people say birds are going to leave droppings on the ground but miniature horses fertilize too. I don’t know why miniature horses are any better. They could lose control and stomp on other people. In source 1, it says that capuchin monkeys go through 1 year of training. I do know why people would agree. Miniature horses disrupt and could cause trouble.
