With every President comes a variety of problems. Every President has their own difficulties when they come into the executive office, and some harder than others. Most presidents come into office, are vexed with the same problems. There are problems with the economy and people lacking jobs. There is segregation and the people making complaints about their rights, and that they don’t have enough. Though I cannot change the fact that there will be sexism and racism, I can change the way schools are run, the lack of jobs, and I can help change the economy. If not all, most presidents come into office with the everlasting problem of people not having jobs. The lack of …show more content…
jobs has been a problem for an extended amount of time. It seems to be indelible. People are being denied work and productiveness. (2001a) Of course, the problems with jobs would be because the economy is poor and no one makes nearly enough money as they should in their professions. Today, business owners are more worried about the person’s lifestyle and how they look than their eligibility to do the work. They are more worried about their personal needs and beliefs than they are the actual business proportion. And, it is repulsing that we are letting people become more and more driven by money, that they wouldn’t try to help someone lower than themselves. It is our own fault that America doesn’t have enough jobs. And, I am going to change the way that all of our top businesses run and hire. I am going to create jobs that will pull people out of poverty. Unlike most of our past presidents, I am going to push for change, instead of letting the topic slowly become ignored and left in the dark.
Education is also a widely spread issue.
Teachers do not make as much as they should. Students don’t care to learn anymore. And, schools are getting less and less productive and positive. Teachers shouldn’t have to worry about their salary as they are building individual children up to their true potential and they are shaping the creative minds of our future. President Barack Obama said, “We will transform our schools and colleges and universities to meet the demand of the new age.” (2001b) And, I haven’t seen a change. Students are no longer eager to learn as they were and as they should be. Teacher seem to be giving up. They don’t make as much as they should. And, students do not get to choose what they want to learn. As adults, you get to choose your path. Your job. Your house. Who you marry. Children are forced to learn thing that they may not need to know, or do not want to know. I believe when a child hits high school they should be allowed to change their classes to what they want to know, instead of what people think they need to know. Of course they will still need their core classes, such as math and english. But, it should be at a level of their understanding and goes with the choice they plan to go on with their life. Schools shouldn’t force the students into things they don’t want to do. Instead of forcing classes that are unnecessary. They should provide classes that will help them with their life outside of school. Teach them things, like how to buy a
house, do your taxes, get a loan, or a mortgage. Though most people will disagree and will want the children to do things that will push them to success, but have you thought that not everyone is going to be in the same place. Some will not go to college, and that is okay. College is not for everyone. Just like sports aren’t. Or the work force. Everyone is different and has their own potential and schools should push them to be themselves and reach the goal they want, instead of forcing a goal on them.
