The speed limit should not rise

My speech today is about why I am against the idea of the speed limit to rise

Drunk driving

These are some of my main reasons for why it is dangerous for the speed limit to rise for drunk driving:

More often crashes
Higher risk of death
Young adults with children is an easy distraction and could also lead to an easy death of a child
Killing without knowing, because sometimes when you are drunk your brain doesn’t function as fast as it usually does and you don’t know what’s happening around you.

Also in my opinion the speed limit should not rise because “Young adults, adults and teens” when they have come from a bar or party sometimes they are drunk and usually when they drive and are drunk you will go
