Introduction:
As it reflects in the magazine “Spooky Skaters (the graffiti ghost)”, we can see that trough the time old art can take another meaning to people, perspective develops according to the new cultures and it affects the opinion of the people respect the art depending of the age but in the other hand there is also new kind of artistic innovations that can’t be quite well understand by the people and may cause a bad reaction about it making them to reject a new perspective or contemporary art like the graffiti commonly taken as a crime.
Development:
We have to learn that art is a way to reflect our feelings; people should reconsider graffiti as an art and appreciate the emotions that the artist is trying to share. Is better teenagers and young man and woman invest time “creating” than consuming drugs for example.
Graffiti sees like an act of vandalism because most people do not understand it, and unfortunately that’s why there is no space to young artist who wants to show their potential and in almost all over the world seems forced to learn in the streets and practice it in the same way, making this disturbing the population because of the fact that sometimes these young artist invade private property.
People sometimes get carried away about the meaning of what graffiti means. They think it is just making drawings scribbled, scratched, or sprayed illicitly on a wall or other surface in a public place. They believe that all that is reflected on the street is illicit and they not give the time to appreciate the feeling that the artist tried to transmit.
Conclusion:
Graffiti is a form of art it should be supported like a hobby that enriches our culture, and maybe this way, people could start to understand that is another kind of transmitting emotions but it is also an artistic way to develop such the imagination, creativity and skills.
