Starbucks

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Like many other students I often look for a coffee shop which offers free internet. To escape from my cramped apartment, I go and have coffee to relax.
In Wisconsin the Starbucks is the only coffee shop nearby that has a nice atmosphere, the other coffee shop is one mile from the street where we live.

On the website I read that Starbucks does not provide free wireless internet. The street where your Starbucks is located has more than 500 citizens within one mile. Therefore I would like you to consider what kind of impact it can have if you are willing to provide free internet. There are many students and elderly people who live here and spend their afternoon in a coffee shop to surf on the internet. Your customers now are coming for the products. What if you can draw attention by providing free internet?
This will have the (chain)reaction that more customers will be drawn to Starbucks, drink coffee, surf on the site, stay longer and buy more products, this will increase your profit and give the customer a warmer welcome. You will distinguish yourself from the other coffee shops.

Due to the fact that Starbucks provides good products, you can make a huge impact and show the local citizens that Starbucks is not a big cooperation who’s only goal is profit. You can show that the number one goal is to satisfy the customers. Your company will make a statement by implementing providing free internet, that Starbucks is accessible and open to everyone.

From what is mentioned above I hope that you will consider free wireless internet.

Yours faithfully,

The Broadway cafe is a family inherited coffee shop located in downtown Atlanta, Georgia. The cafe ' has been in business for 58 years. The business offers specialized coffees, teas, a full service bakery, homemade sandwiches, soups, and salads. It was once a hotspot but for the past five years business has been declining. Although my grandfather was very adroit at managing the business, Starbucks will be coming to the area. My grandfather never used computer and everything was manual including ordering and employee payroll. He had terrific memory and he knew his all customers. All recipes for homemade soups and baked goods were in his memory. The café didn’t have a marketing scheme in place to attract new costumers. To bring café into 21 century we needs new technology like providing wireless hotspot, customer database, build an e-business strategy, create an online community for collaboration, deploy a wireless network for customers and use customer relationship management to implement marketing campaigns and sales strategies.…

Starbucks Corporation (“Starbucks”) is one of the leading American global coffee brewers. They are a coffeehouse chain that has over 20,000 brick and mortar stores located throughout the world. They are known for their high end coffee houses that serve a wide array of coffee flavors and types. They also serve various food items that complement their coffee selection. The Starbucks environment is generally warm and inviting, whether it is outside on a patio or inside on a comfortable couch. First of all no matter where you are in the world, (although I have found it difficult in NZ to always find a Starbucks, part of the reason I moved to Dunedin….ok not really), you are bound to find a Starbucks with generally the same menu in one of their 15, 756 stores around the world.
