I ‘m applying for Diploma of Hospitality from Gold Coast Institute if TAFE (GCIT) and further using its Pathway program, Bachelor of Business (Hotel Management) from Griffith University program.
Personal Introduction
My name is Gursimran Singh Bedi, resident of India. I have completed my secondary education in 2010 from Central board of Secondary Education. Then I did my senior secondary from Punjab School Education Board in year 2013. As I always wants to study computers and want to learn about its applications, so I decided to join Z-king institute of computer Education which is well known in my city. There I did a year diploma of Basic and Internet and learnt about Windows, Ms-Office, Computer Fundamentals and Internet. During that course I felt my deep interest in computers and I was eager to learn about computer and its applications. So, I decided to adopt the field of Information technology in my further studies which will be helpful in making a bright career.
Reason for choosing the Diploma of Information Technology (Networking) and Bachelor of Information technology and career outcomes:
The reason for choosing this course is that information technology holds an excellent value for the career of students who are aiming to pursue the field of technology as a career. Information Technology is one of the fastest growing fields in the world. The potential of the field is so vast for business and industry and it also provides employment opportunities in the same amount. Depending on your area of specialization, you’ll have a choice of a stimulating career in commerce, industry, corporate IT, government or private consulting, not only because of your understanding of the role of information technology, but because you’ll be an innovative thinker with good communication and design skills.
