Statement of Purpose for Mim

When I was out of high school I had to make an important decision of choosing my field of study. Since computer programming came easy to me I made a choice of pursing my undergraduation in B.sc Computer Science. I was able to pursue the first two years of undergradute study without any difficulty and pass all my exams with a good percentage since the first four semesters included hardly two core modules each semester and then came the concluding phase of study that is my final year where all modules that I had to learn was core modules from computer science field and that was when I realized my ability in computers couldn’t help me when my interest in the field was toning down and I recognized it is management and business that actually captured my interest. My dad was the first reason behind my interest in the field of management. As a child I grew up hearing my father’s experience in the management and banking as he was a banker. I had my first chance to try out all my ideas and learn a lot when I had to organize events for a small NGO in my city. That is where I had my own experience and learnt what not to be done when organizing and managing people.

Adding up to these I took up a number of marketing and promotional jobs in the weekends to earn my pocket money but that actually contributed extra knowledge about the field of management.

The above experience had made me to run after courses which offer ample opportunities to gain knowledge and decide upon my specialisation. After a long search through the web and consultancies I had a luck to locate this M.sc program from your university. Now I am able realize that all my thirst towards the knowledge is within. Hence I prefer this is the appropriate course I wish to
