The first thing we had to do was figure out our topic for the project. My group and I made decisions by brainstorming our topic. We all sat together and talked about things we could do. Kailey expressed responsibility a lot. When something needed to be done she would be the first one to say she can do it. She was a very big help in the project. Briley was very focused on making sure that we got stuff done. He would always bring us together if we got off track. Emma’s strength really helped a lot because she was very creative with ideas and knew a lot of the material we needed to know about the Millennials. Jackson’s main strength was communication. For example, I did not mean to be the leader of the group but my strength of Command is just used to taking charge and listing demands. I have learned that when working in a group you must be very flexible and be willing to compromise your time and stuff for others. I learned that I must trust my grade in others and trust in my group that they will deal with their task with great quality. This group was probably the best group I have ever worked with.
