Company Overview:
CRH stands for Cement Road stone holdings plc. Are a mining company and an Irish building material group, formerly called Cement road stone holdings plc. CRH is engaged in the manufacturing of primary materials and building products along with the distribution of building materials. The group has spread across 35 countries in 3,700 locations. CRH mainly operates in North America and Europe and its headquarters located in Dublin, Ireland and employees about 93,572 people.
The Company gained revenue of 17,373 million euro’s in 2009 which has decreased by 17% compare to financial year 2008 and operation profit 1803 million euro’s which is also decreased by 32%, and profit of 732 million which is decreased by 55% compare to financial year 2008, which was 1848.

Mission Statement:
CRH is to be an international leader in building material delivering superior performance and growth. * In performance CRH has achieved enviable record of creating shareholder value in order to maintain the same value and trust in future. * The CRH focused must remain in seeking new geographical flat form in core businesses like building material and taking advantage of complimentary product opportunities. * As CRH market capitalisation of 9.5 billion euro’s and is one of the top three building
