Strategic Plan Analysis Paper The organizations that will be discussed are Century 21 Powerhouse Realty where I am employed at as a real estate agent and the Disney organization, which is an organization that has adopted total quality management. In the following paragraphs I will evaluate my organization’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives as well as discuss the relationship between quality and the management styles at my organization versus another organization that has adopted total quality management such as Disney. Additionally, I will discuss the characteristics of the other organization’s total quality management style and compare those characteristics with my own organization as well as discuss the extent to which the other organizations total quality management practices could be integrated into my own organization. Mission, Vision, Goals, and Objectives Century 21 Powerhouse Realty is one of the fastest growing Century 21 offices in the country. We have been serving the Real Estate needs of our community since 1997, with a team of more than 100 professional, well trained and energetic real estate agents. We are located in a brand new office in Huntington Park, 15 minutes southeast of Downtown Los Angeles. Our company vision is to give our clients the best possible real estate experience, treat them with professionalism and honesty. The company goal is to close 3.9 million dollars in 2009 and have 459 transactions. Our objectives are to exceed our goals and expectations and continue to provide our clients with the best possible service using the latest marketing strategies and techniques
