As the Assistant Dean and Director of the Online Degree Completion program, I had a leadership role in the development of an accelerated online degree completion program that allowed students with 60 or more credits to complete a degree in Leadership and Organizational Behavior within a 16 month period. I worked with the Dean and Program Directors to develop the core components of the curriculum. The program used a holistic approach to instruction that included a coaching model, faculty development programs, and a new student orientation process. The program also implemented processes that allowed students to obtain college level credit for life experience. I coordinated the development of orientation and training programs for faculty to ensure they were comfortable developing the curriculum for an online course and facilitating the online teaching and learning processes. The outcome from implementing this new program resulted in a graduation rate of approximately 85% with the highest student satisfaction rate for the College. The first year the online bachelor program was offered it was ranked 118 out of 860 schools by the US News & World
