This position is responsible for all aspects of operations in the field. This consist of being in charge of all ems personal, as well as hospital and rehabilitation center relationships. The field operations officer insures all emergency and non-emergency calls are handed in a timely manner. Often they operate out of the field appearing on scene in incidents to evaluate EMS personal performance. They also respond for customer complaints.
