Strengths And Weaknesses Of The EMS System
Oklahoma being the 18th largest state in the US has large vast amount of nursing homes, hospitals, Dialysis and Hospice care facilities. There are 308 Certified nursing homes state wide, 160 hospital states wide, 60 dialysis facilities state wide, and 53 hospice facilities state wide. The market size to providing services and obtaining local contracts with each healthcare facilities wholesome. However, being a private ambulance services there would be no Market share to pay and entire ownership would be fully my control until organization expands nationally in ten to fifteen years if organization is successful establish in Oklahoma.

Opportunities Growth of the economy and expansion of business Good debt collection in place for un-collected debt of expansion of business with increased transports that are unpaid.
Threats External business risks such as government regulations, prices changes, tax changes, financial capacity and increase in interest rates. pay business loans back on time, make sure government regulations are fair and be active we EMS community to insure vote.

Without the fundamentals there would be no operations; therefore, the most important positions in an organization is the field Operations officer. This position is responsible for all aspects of operations in the field. This consist of being in charge of all ems personal, as well as hospital and rehabilitation center relationships. The field operations officer insures all emergency and non-emergency calls are handed in a timely manner. Often they operate out of the field appearing on scene in incidents to evaluate EMS personal performance. They also respond for customer complaints. One of the most important positions the Field operations officer may find themselves is during a Mass casualty event.
