But if there is one thing that I know about stress, it is that there can be some devastating effects. I myself have experienced loss of appetite, headaches, irritability and moodiness from stress. But there are a lot more symptoms, such as memory problems, pessimisticism, frequent colds, indigestion, lack of focus, lack of sleep, over eating or under eating.
One of the big tells of someone who is suffering from too much stress is withdrawal from the people that they know and care about. Withdrawal or being quite is something that many people experiencing stress and anxiety face. There can be exaggerated feelings of isolation and increased stress feeding into a cyclic loop of increasing withdrawal, and even depression.
