Introduction: Stroke is the first cause of disability in the world. Fear of falling and Balance problems are most important of Complications from stroke. These damages can decreesed recovery process and make negative effects on ADLs. In assessing the balance of the people with stroke take information about disability and handicap is so necessary, and, the way of reach this information is questionnaire and results can be useful in in rehabilitation and follow-up rehabilitation therapy in the evaluation phase.
Materials and Methods: In this analytical-descriptive study, validity and reliability of two questionnaires, ABC-P and FES-I Pesian vergen, was evaluated in elderly with stroke crow. People (N=150) with stroke greater than 6 months ago, between the ages of 60 to 94 years and able to walk with or without assistance, without aphasia, were involved in this study. Conclusion: The Persian version of the ABC scale and FES-I has acceptable Validity and reliability in people following stroke; both this questionnaires have high validity and reliability in elderly with stroke. They can used in rehabilitation and follow-up rehabilitation therapy in the evaluation
