TEP in F & B and Hotel industry
TEP contract will be for 6 months, but extendable for another 6 months (No guarantee will be approved)
Good quality candidates work in 4-5 stars hotel like Marriot, Conrad, Hilton, etc.
Average quality candidates work in fast food joint like Long John, Burger King, etc. * Our net fee is $2300, market is selling in India at around $3000 * Salary - $700 SGD per month * Accommodation provided * work meals provided * Overtime pay $5 per hour * Average bring back about $1,000 SGD per month
TEP in Retail industry
TEP contract will be for 12 months
Candidate will work in retail outlets and supermarkets * Our net fee is $3300, market is selling in India at around $4000-$5000 * Salary - $800 SGD per month * Accommodation provided * NO meals provided * Overtime pay $5 per hour * Average bring back about $1,000 SGD per month
Requirements
* Degree holder from any field and from Government University as per listed here, http://www.mom.gov.sg/foreign-manpower/passes-visas/training-employment/before-you-apply/Pages/Institutions.aspx * No prominent tattoos on candidates, if found when arrived in Singapore, Employer has right to cancel. * Interview via Skype will be arranged

Note:
1. MOM does not have a list of approved institutions. Possessing an acceptable qualification does not automatically guarantee a successful Training Employment Pass (TEP) application 2. MOM recognises qualifications from institutions that are of comparable and equivalent standards to those in the sample list 3. Similarly, applicants who do not possess an acceptable qualification may not necessarily be rejected for TEP, if he possesses other compensating factors.
