SF’s mission is twofold. First, to enable students to both acquire practical entrepreneurial experience while creating a college art portfolio by designing saleable Stuyvesant seasonal clothing exclusively for students/alumni and their activities. Secondly, earmarked profits sustain a students’ needs fund as close to 50% of the student body lives at or below the NYC poverty level.
